Today’s #outfitselfie is brought to you by Pantone’s color of the year: Radiant Orchid. While I don’t wait with baited breath for the annual announcement of color trend for the year, I do always take note. This year I did a little dance when they said this shade was the pick for 2014. Why you may ask? Because I purchased these pants in the fall – Yay for being ahead of the curve!

So the beauty of this lovely shade of pinky-purple is that it works for most everyone! The blue comes through enough for those with cool skin tones, while the pink complements those of us with warmer coloring.
