I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again – I love structured clothing. If I could dress like Joan from Mad Men (season 2) then I would. Since I can’t I do what I can, which means I find nipped in waistlines when and where I can. Today’s structure came in the form of my favorite Boyfriend Blazer.  This was a rare find from a J.Crew warehouse sale a few years ago. The best part about it is that it is center vent, which means it lays nicely on my “seat,” unlike double vent blazers which can lead to some duck tail action.

Overall this outfit is simple but with a chunky necklace and colorful flats, it moves from standard to festive.
